Our Pandan kaya cake is a layered chiffon cake combined with kaya kueh . Made with coconut milk and pandan, it's light yet full of flavour. Unlike the Kaya bread spread, the kaya is set with agar-agar powder and arrowroots starch. This cake doesn't melt, even in a heat wave!
