Given that there are no preservatives, please enjoy them as soon as possible. Madeleines should be kept in an air-tight container to ensure that they stay fresh. Pandan Kaya should be stored in the refrigerator and be consumed within 2 weeks after opening. Keeping these delicacies in a refrigerator can also extend its shelf-life. To enjoy freshly "baked" Pandan Brioche in the comfort of your own home, simply steam the Pandan Brioche for 10 minutes and then a quick bake at 150 degrees for another 5 mins before serving.
